Developing land, what to expect-

  • Evaluate economic feasibility

  • Determine the offer price

  • Evaluate land zoning and division laws

  • Secure your financing

  • Begin development/construction

  • Market the property to sell

Making the best of any piece of land-

  • Maximizing low-yield wells.

  • Be set for any weather conditions.

  • No type of ground can keep us out. From digging trenches for utilities, underground water storage, to full basements.

  • Planning for future development/expansion.

  • No power? No problem! With solar and wind power, be power independent wherever you want.

  • Building effectively and efficiently.

  • Retrofit existing buildings to be the best they can be.

Developing new/undeveloped land-

Have land you want to develop, or acquired a bare piece of land? Here is what to expect-

  • Land Survey

  • Utilities Survey/Locating

  • Plan & Design property layout

  • Start developing your property-

-Road

--What type of road, like gravel or pavement for example.

--Best fit placement & where you want the road. Aesthetics vs Efficiency.

--Installing underground utilities is easier before the road is fully put in.

-Power

--Where to connect to the grid.

--Going off-grid, where to put power station(s)

--Run power to the places you need/want it.

-Water

--Connect to city water or drill a well, depending on what works best for your property.

--Run water lines and install hookups where you need/want them.

-Sewer

--Connect to the city sewer or install your own septic system, depending on what works best for your property.

-Houses, Shops, Etc.

--Start developing your house, shop, etc.

--Setup an RV spot and be able to start living on your property as you build/develop.

  • The order you go in depends on necessity/feasibility.
